Community Composting
We provide apartment communities with enough 96-gallon community composting containers to satisfy the Travis County 1-Gallon per resident rule and place them within 25 feet of the current dumpster and recycling areas, per the Travis County ordinance. Residents use our bins to dispose of their organics. Once per week, we empty, CLEAN, transport and dispose the contents of the bins. We also perform these same tasks for commercial businesses, such as Austin restaurants.
Trash, Composting and Recycling valet
Efficient PM provides each residents with bins and asks them to place them outside of their unit door each evening before we empty, sanitize and return the bins to the unit owner. No more lugging trash bags to the dumpster, no more tenant trash stuffed in community bins, and no more on-site maintenance staff spending an inordinate amount of time picking up tenant trash.

Valet Parking
We began as a Valet Parking company 20 years ago. We currently operate Valet at hotels, apartment complexes, malls, hospitals, restaurants and special events throughout the United States.
